I bought my pair of FitFlops when they first came out a few years ago – yes, I was sucked into the craziness, I admit it.  I wanted to believe!  Toned legs while strolling around – and not at the gym?!?  Now, don’t get me wrong – I try to hit the gym at least 3 times a week.  I consider working out a very important portion of my beauty and well-being routine.  However, an extra boost during my down time?  I shelled out $45 for a pair and wore them religiously during the Summer months.

Sadly, I never noticed any improvement on my calves, legs or rear just from wearing the FitFlops – but they are comfortable, so I wore them anyways.  I have always wondered if it made a difference for women who didn’t visit the gym on a consistent basis.  Are you one of FitFlops success stories?  I’d like to hear from you!

In any event, Marcia Kilgore – creator of FitFlops and founder Bliss – hooked up with Anna Sui earlier this year to collaborate and expand on the FitFlop franchise, and the Shakoha Boot was born.

You may have seen W magazine featuring the boot in one of their most recent issues.  The FitFlop Shakoha Boot is available exclusively at L.A’s Intuition: ShopIntuition.com, and retails for $195.  Here is a description from ShopIntuition’s website:
