Dang it – where on earth did the day go?! With that out of the way, good afternoon lovelies! I hope y’all had a sweet weekend. Here is mine so far: the Mr. and I went skiing yesterday, and I am POOPED! Hence, the time of this posting. I progressed to the “green” hill yesterday, but I am still working on my turns. I think I am getting better, although I came home with several war wounds. For one, I royally BIT IT going down the hill yesterday – face plant and everything. I had a little scuff mark on my chin, which burnt a bit. Was that going to stop me? Aw, hell naw! I am a BULLET, which means I can’t really stop – very well… I’ll keep working on it. Oh yeah, and a snowboarder crashed into me, leaving me with a bruise on my thigh the size of Texas, and as colorful as a rainbow. Right now, it is in the gnarly stages of red and purple, and I look forward to when it starts turning lovely shades of yellow and green. Ay Dios, que dolor… No skiing today, just some walking and hopefully eating a nice and warm bowl of pho. Nom, nom.
