Good morning lovelies! If you are in the US, I hope you are enjoying your long holiday weekend. I am feeling a lazy Sunday coming. The Mr. and I want to go for a car ride to the country, but the weather is supposed to be sucky as the day progresses. I am all for safety, but it is nice to get out of the hustle and bustle.
We had a super day yesterday: went out for a run, walked around, found the best Hispanic grocery store EVAH and made some Ecuadorean Llapingachos for dinner. I haven’t cooked new recipes for T’s Tasty Bits in a long time, but I found some goodies at this store, so I am ready to mess up my kitchen this week.
