Happy Valentine’s Day!
Any exciting plans for tonight? I will be making a yummy Valentine’s dinner for El Hub tonight. It will be along the tune of Fajitas, because I bought a hunka piece of flank steak last night, any cow will be jealous of having… Huh? Does that make ANY sense? Who cares, it is going to be delicious. I’ll give you all the deets later.
We sort of had a pre-Valentine’s date yesterday. The initial plan was to eat Pho at our neighborhood Vietnamese restaurant, but once there we changed our minds after we started smelling and seeing the food other people were ordering. So this is what we got:

We really feasted! We had worked out (no really, we went to the gym) a few hours earlier, and we were depleted of our essential nutrients of beef and pork. We devoured the whole thing in a matter of minutes. Of course, this tends to happens with us and Vietnamese food, but we managed to get out a few sentences in between.
“What are your plans for tomorrow?”
“Oh, I don’t know – I need to check my Sunday Fashion Week Schedule.”
“Oh, ok.”
Nom, nom, slurp.
